Professor Alex Christou is the Director of Corporate Education and Strategic Partnerships at Monash Business School and a member of the faculty at Monash University. An experienced and intrapreneurial leader with a 25-year career in business schools, including significant experience with International Business School's through the US, Europe and Asia. Alex has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and organisations in realising their full potential.In addition to his academic leadership, Alex has an extensive commercial career, including serving as Managing Director for Asia-Pacific at Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global. This dual expertise enables Alex to bridge the gap between academia and business, delivering practical, results-driven programs that align with the evolving needs of modern organizations.At Monash, Alex leads the Corporate Education arm, collaborating with large multinationals operating in Australia and globally to design transformative programs that drive leadership, strategic thinking, and high-performance cultures. He is a strong advocate for the role of workplaces in supporting employees subjected to domestic violence, helping organisations develop frameworks to create safer, more supportive environments for their people.Alex has also contributed as a speaker and facilitator to entrepreneurs on Richard Branson's Necker Island, supporting them to lift their performance from a foundation of protecting their wellbeing.
