  • Spearheaded the inaugural production Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop environment in the Asia Pacific region saving the hospital a $250k capex spend as the existing Citrix hardware platform that was due for replacement.
  • Successfully implemented Microsoft Teams calling across the Whanganui region in collaboration with Vodafone, replacing the old telephony system for the main campus, Taihape, Marton and Raetihi. A project that took just.
  • Utilized Microsoft Teams in collaboration with DXC\Dedalus to deliver Telehealth services to the region, setting a precedent for other District Health Boards. This project took 8 months to deliver and came in under the.
