But, while being creative is always fun, I can also spend hours getting into the nitty gritty of reporting and budgeting. Seeing changes and initiatives result in hard data makes sure that real value is provided where it’s needed. And finally, leading a great team. I couldn't do it all without my team of experts who know their segments in detail and deliver results across our business. When I’m not in the office I love to spend time with my husband and my two little munchkins splashing at the beach or exploring hidden local gems. I've also reignited a childhood passion and have joined a dance class - complete with sparkly costume and end of year concert. Watch out Beyoncé!
