CurrentAs VP of People Evolution, I work side-by-side with NY Times bestselling author Cy Wakeman with company wide-implementations of leadership and employee training around the Reality-Based Leadership curriculum. I also keynote at conferences, deliver company training experiences, write a blog on modern leadership and create content around Reality-Based Leadership and how to call your teams to greatness each day.I deliver keynote presentations and in-person training sessions to organizations to help their leaders and employees reduce workplace drama, hardwire accountability and ensure teams are ready for what's next in their industry.Currently, I lead the Reality-Based Leadership Certification (train-the-trainer) program where training and development teams from organizations embed our leadership and employee development into their culture. In this position, I collaborate with those certified to develop roll-out plans for large scale training initiatives and help track and measure the success of these programs.I host The Carvery with Alex Dorr Podcast that gives practical tools, tips and strategies to help leaders and employees carve away the drama in their lives to reveal their natural state of happiness, innovation, collaboration, teamwork and happiness.I have had the pleasure to speak, train and consult with organizations such as National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Bank of America, Salesforce, John Deere, Medtronic, Kaiser Permanente, Washington Commanders (NFL), Adobe, BKD, Carnival Cruise Lines, Ely Lilly, Kohler, Emory Healthcare, Nationwide, US Department of Commerce, NOAA, Cherry Bekaert, Baylor Scott & White Health, Delaware North, AMC Theatres and the University of Oregon among others.
