Manage the art department and distribute and complete all incoming artwork requests. Responsible for working with other artists, screen printers, and sales reps to manage/oversee every step of the design process from the creation of unique logos from scratch to coordination with outside vendors through final production, ensuring the highest quality.

Learned under the direct guidance of the Creative Director / UX Designer, and took over as lead designer upon his departure. Responsible for initiating new software product design: created product mockups; solicited and incorporated customer feedback; integrated design team, developer and management input to create innovative user interfaces for software.

Was the first member of the new design team hand-picked by the Creative Director to create University publications and print materials in-house. Worked directly with clients to design posters, banners, shirts, web graphics, pamphlets, and promotional materials to appeal to the college-age demographic in order to increase involvement and attendance at.
