My transaction experience included the sale of a 1.4 GW US-based wind generation portfolio to a large PE fund, establishing a JV between a renewable IPP and a Canadian infra fund, advising on financing strategy for a $3.8bn LNG newbuild and formation of a midstream JV with a financial sponsor. Before joining UBS, I was at Merrill Lynch Commodities Inc. where I focused on structuring commodity transactions to mitigate commodity exposure and enable project financing. Prior to MLCI, I was with the Energy and Power Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.In addition to an MBA degree from the Wharton School, I have earned Canadian and US professional accounting designations (CPA and CA) while working in assurance and advisory departments of KPMG and PWC.
