I am proud to add my Business Degree to my list of accomplishments. I am looking for my next opportunity to utilize the skills I have acquired throughout my professional years. Notre Dame has been very generous and believes in the investment of their employees as human resources. I have gained confidence in myself as a person and as a leader. I am comfortable working independently as well as a part of a team. I have worn many different hats in my years at ND. I have trained many new employees and helped organize and gather information for the events department. I worked as an admin for the executive chef and completed a good number of projects such as an employee menu calendar complete with recipes, organized the department picnic, and created SOPs and training materials. I often have to be a critical thinker and problem solver and have developed important soft skills such as de-escalating conflicts and bridging communication between different departments.
