Management of upgrade projects for clients migrating to a new version of Laboratory Information System in accordance with 2014 Certified EHR Technology (aka MU2 - Meaningful Use stage 2).The responsibilities include but not limited to: - communicate directly with client's project managers- maintain the upgrade project plans (MS Project)- conduct weekly conference calls with clients and internal implementation teams- manage hardware upgrade (IBM servers, various medical devices)- manage new software/updates installation and validation in upgrade environments- keep track of clients' billings- weekly report projects statuses to Top Management- schedule and manage Go-Live switches- prepare documentation for transition to post-live support
