• Oversee recruitment for seven IU campuses statewide for Bachelor's and Master's• Coordinate IUSSW exhibitor representation at nationwide conferences• Develop and maintain working relationships with counterparts at state educational instituions, agencies, and other professional organizations to enhance recruitment efforts• Provide guidance, support, and oversight to recruitment staff at each IU campus• Monitor and maintain recruitment budget for the annual recruitment cycle

• Served as a primarily advisor for approximately 250-first-year engineering and technology students promoting retention and completion• Taught and advise 2-3 first-year and transitional program courses (e.g. first-year seminar, transfer seminar) per semester comprised of 20+ students• Liaison with faculty and at-risk students by actively participating in early alert processes and providing resources/coaching for resolving life circumstances inhibiting academic success• Advised students regarding interpretation of assessment scores, previous credit, curricula, prerequisites, campus policies• Co-advised the Society of Women Engineering (SWE) organization comprised of 30+ student members.

• Provided integrated academic and career advising to undergraduate students in the areas of: business, tourism & hospitality, environmental affairs, philanthropy, economics, and organizational leadership studies. • Analyzed academic records to provide course and campus recommendations for the student to transition into their degree granting school • Advised 50-75 students in 1-3 first year seminars that focus on the academic and career development • Group advised 200+ incoming freshmen students each summer during new student orientation
