I started with an intensive learning program to acquire the necessary basics and certifications in IT Infrastructure and Cloud, specifically around Microsoft Server, Azure and Office365. After finishing the program I continued as a consultant for Didacticum. In this role I helped a customer (Vivat Insurances) to migrate their digital workspace from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and with day-to-day second and third line support tickets.
