The Texas Healthtech Institute Campus Director leads the Beaumont and Houston campuses and is responsible for the overall administration and management of the campus, including academic programs, student services, faculty and staff supervision, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement campus strategic plans, policies, and procedures that align with the overall mission and goals of the Institute.- Oversee the academic programs and ensure that they meet accrediting bodies' and regulatory agencies' standards and requirements.- Manage faculty and staff recruitment, hiring, and evaluation and ensure they have the resources and support to deliver high-quality education and services.- Monitor and report on campus performance metrics, such as enrollment, retention, graduation rates, and student satisfaction.- Collaborate with the Institute's leadership team to identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion, partnerships, and funding.- Foster a campus culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion and promotes student success and well-being.- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to higher education.

• Champions development of practical knowledge and skill sets in spearheading the program development of the Doctorate of Education in Leadership, Curriculum, and Instruction. • Conducts and enables the creation of experiencial learning partnerships with domestic and international organizations and institutions alike, weaving organizational values throughout collaborative efforts to nurture the next generation.

• Teaches and evaluates students for assigned courses.
