My name is Alexmon Mathew, and I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Humber College. I am a creative individual with extensive professional experience and a strong academic background.After completing my Bachelor's degree in Management Studies in India, I worked as a Deputy Manager at Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance. In this role, I managed recruitment activities for agency partners and drove revenue through cold calling, business presentations, and various marketing strategies. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience through internships in digital marketing, where I learned to understand market trends, optimize campaigns, and develop impactful solutions.Over the past year, I created an Instagram page focused on motivational and spiritual content. Content creation was a hidden passion of mine, and as I began to inspire others through my creativity, the page experienced remarkable growth. Through strategic content planning and engagement strategies, the page accumulated over 7 million views within a short span of time. This success motivated me to further develop my skills in digital marketing, leading me to pursue a course in Marketing Management at Humber College to fully utilize my potential in this field.Transitioning to the Canadian job market has been challenging as an international student, but I believe in proactive planning. To this end, I volunteered as the Social Media Team Lead at a Canadian academy. This experience has significantly enhanced my digital creativity and allowed me to follow my passion.
