I help airport investors, airport operators, air traffic management organisations and governments around the world to unlock significant hidden performance potential and Return on Investment from their airport and airspace assets.I am particularly focused on increasing airside capacity at busy airports - enabling more aircraft to fly in and out, especially at the busiest times of the day that are in high demand. This enables the investor or public sector to scale up growth of both aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues.At a national level, busy hub airports are often struggling to meet the demand of airlines and passengers, and are capacity constrained. As key 'arteries' for international trade capacity constraint at these hubs can put the brakes on GDP growth. Furthermore, this can limit the number of domestic flights and impact the spread of wealth and social benefits to wider regions. I therefore also work with governments to consider the national context for growing capacity.I also work with consortia acquiring airports to consider the impact that adding capacity can bring to the valuation of an airport asset. In doing so consortia raise their chances of winning bids.The foundation of my experience is business development. I have over 20 years experience working in the aviation sector helping airports, air traffic control organisations, airlines and governments to improve performance.Specialties: Communicating, business development & sales, client relationship management, executive relationship building, strategy, aviation know-how, international adaptability.
