This enables the investor or public sector to scale up growth of both aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues.At a national level, busy hub airports are often struggling to meet the demand of airlines and passengers, and are capacity constrained. As key 'arteries' for international trade capacity constraint at these hubs can put the brakes on GDP growth. Furthermore, this can limit the number of domestic flights and impact the spread of wealth and social benefits to wider regions. I therefore also work with governments to consider the national context for growing capacity.I also work with consortia acquiring airports to consider the impact that adding capacity can bring to the valuation of an airport asset. In doing so consortia raise their chances of winning bids.The foundation of my experience is business development.
