• Led the United States' largest on-campus social entrepreneurship program:
• Grew the program to 20 universities in the United States and Sweden including Georgetown, Stanford, UPenn, Duke, Tufts, and Fordham University.
• Supported the growth of the community to 1000 members of The Compass Fellowship. Each Fellowship program involves over 150 hours of Modules, Bootcamps, and more for each of the 15 Compass Fellows on each of our partner.
• Managed relationships with funders and partners including The Kenneth Cole Foundation, Deloitte, The Beeck Center for Social Impact & Innovation.
• Organized 200-person Shift Series conference in 2013 and 2014 with a small team of student volunteers. Enlisted hundreds of speakers and workshop leaders as well as sponsors.
