Marketing Operations Manager
Current- Managing the Marketing Tech Stack: Oversee and optimize the integration and utilization of marketing tools and platforms.- HubSpot and ZoomInfo Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot and ZoomInfo, ensuring effective use and implementation.- Operational Procedures: Develop, refine, and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.- Documentation Management: Create and maintain detailed documentation on our tech stack and marketing processes.- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 12 contractors, coordinating efforts to achieve departmental goals.- Revenue Attribution: Support the organization in analyzing and attributing revenue to marketing efforts.- Marketing Automation and Data Syncs: Build and refine automation workflows and ensure accurate data synchronization between databases.- ABM Program Development: Successfully established Symplr’s first Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
