I assist customers with finding products of need in the Health and Wellness & Home and Entertaining Department. I am part of a team of 5 who not only is there to assist customers but to also restock shelves and help with Merchandising.

I was a receptionist working per-diem and then went to Full Time. I assisted the doctors in setting up appointments for patients, doing referrals, answering phones, making appointments for patients.

I was a cashier in both the gift shop and pharmacy. I also have experience in the pharmacy that being my primary work at the time. I had some Pharmacy Tech experience, counting medications, helping customers find what they need on the floor of the store, answering phones and answering to Pharmacists when needed. From this work experience I have learned to work in a high stress environment, and to learn best customer service practices.
