-Manage global compliance & reporting for clients in over 35 countries.-Track project milestones, report progress, identity risk items, and highlight upcoming tasks to global engagement team.-Lead weekly status calls with clients and RSM international offices to deliver updates on projects and ensure deadlines are met.-Monitor project budget is on track in accordance to the agreed fees and scope of services.-Oversee PMO activities for cross-functional teams including international tax, transfer pricing, contracts, and strategy.-Draft change orders and negotiate fees for additional services not included in original statement of work (SOW)-Act as central invoicing function between client and international RSM offices on engagements.-Assist with RFP process to acquire new business for firm.-Worked on successful Microsoft Dynamic 365 implementation for client by taking ownership of daily scrum calls, assisting with UAT/QA testing, and project budget tracker.

-Co-founded SAYULADA which is an e-commerce footwear and travel inspired company.-Helped design, implement, and operate all aspects of business strategy, including: sales, logistics, customer service, marketing and product development. -Source products directly from factories in Mexico and other countries for manufacturing and import to company’s facility in Dallas, TX.-Acquired over 200 customers in the first year.

-Specialized in landlord and tenant representation / negotiation, acquisition of leased investments, sale/leaseback’s, and development projects.-Total involvement in over $50,000,000 of transactions and 500,000 square feet of property-Worked closely with business owners and investors to provide market knowledge on pricing, acquisitions, portfolio management, and construction developments.-Served clients in range of industries including: apparel manufacturing & design, logistics/trucking, produce, creative office, and non-profit.-Advised key decision makers on long term business strategy, potential operational enhancements, cost- savings, and industry trends.-Implemented data driven sales plan and utilized CRM software to target landlords, tenants, and major key players within the marketplace.-Liaison to clients for additional services such as financing, legal counsel, title, escrow, and construction.-Acted as property management function for landlords needing assistance with tenant communication, building maintenance, and business license process with city of Los Angeles, Vernon, and City of Commerce.-Draft and review lease documents, letter of intents (LOI), and purchase agreements.
