I am an experienced leader, achieving results through relationship management and an analytical approach to business.With over ten years experience in customer service and leadership roles, I have had success leading in the hospitality, retail and travel sectors - with a focus on getting business results through development of people. I have recently moved to a new role as Flight Analytics and Optimisation Lead with TripADeal. Prior to this, in a twelve year career with FCTG, my role involved working across the four corporate brands within Flight Centre - FCm Travel, Corporate Traveller, cievents and Stage and Screen - acting as a point of contact for our airline, hotel and car hire partners; owning the relationship between our suppliers and our products and internal stakeholders (i.e. Technology, Account Management and Operations etc). Leading the Product and Supply Support team in ensuring fulfillment of FC Corporate's preferred partner policy; strengthening relationships between these partners and FC; implementation and integration of preferred suppliers with FCTG product (online booking tools and mid office systems); reporting on supply related results across the entire corporate business; providing booking assistance to the operations teams across the business - fare advice, fare rule comprehension, adcol calculation, waivers and ticketing assistance, and the creation and deployment of air related training nationwide.In my previous role with FCm Travel, I achieved success as part of the most improved team in the state, whilst also maintaining my own position within the top 10% of Travel Managers in the country. These results have been built on a basis of strong client and team relationships, whilst focusing on driving and measuring business results within the team.Prior to my move back to travel, I had successfully led the implementation of the Kronos staffing system within the IKEA Sales team, and driven the application of a new nationwide integrated logistics systems as National Sales Supply Specialist during the opening of two new stores in Melbourne (Springwood) and Sydney (Tempe).I have a strong background in coaching and developing people as a facilitator and mentor at Starbucks, and I have a natural affinity for numbers and analytics - I combine these skillsets to achieve positive business results.
