- Attend Kelley Student Government (KSG) general assemblies to understand and vote on new policies that could have an impact on BLI.- Identify collaboration opportunities between BLI and Kelley Student Government to increase membership and improve member experience.

Extended Student Services tends to and furthers educating elementary school students (Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 5th grade) after school during the school year and full day during the summer. This program runs in the mornings before school and ends at 6pm Monday through Friday, giving parents additional time to pick up their students. - Engage with grades TK and Kindergarten (15-40 students) by keeping them entertained and safe with educational activities in order to garnish motor and cognitive skills- Design 15-25 art projects and composed dance routines per month by collaborating with co-workers and students to teach students about weather, animals, and shapes, and balance- Monitor and aide students on field trips to various locations by consistently doing counts and practicing the rules in order to maintain all students' safety

Kelley Student Government (KSG) represents the Kelley student body and makes decisions to improve the experience at Kelley. KSG is made up of 9 committees that specialize in different areas to achieve success in fostering an inclusive and enhanced student experience.- Serve on the Equity and Inclusion committee and connect with members of the student body through surveys and discussions in order to determine necessary improvements to Kelley's inclusive environment- Engage in Kelley Student Government by attending General Assemblies and taking notes to be more informed when making committee-specific decisions

Business Leadership Initiative (BLI) is a crossover between Indiana University's Hillel and the Kelley School of Business. BLI engages business students in dinners with successful individuals in a variety of business fields, as well as utilizes a mentorship program to assist students in working towards career goals. Freshman Representative is a leadership position within the organization to boost retention rates and encourage Freshman engagement within the organization. - Organize Freshmen study nights for students to gain assistance in classes around Midterms and Finals and increase connections between members- Engage in outreach by making phone calls and sending messages to interested students to increase attendance at speaking events and workshops- Plan "workshops on workshops" to educate Freshmen about their opportunities to learn more about Business specialties within Kelley

Kol Koleinu is a fellowship for 50 high school students in the United States that focuses on Jewish Feminism. This fellowship educates fellows on how Judaism and Feminism intersects, as well as gives fellows the opportunity to work with a mentor and create a social change project.- Designed engaging and informative lesson plans by studying the Torah and Feminist history to educate first-year fellows on different interpretations of Torah portions and how they relate to Feminism and empowerment- Engaged with USC and CalTech professors by analyzing data and conducting research to create sensible awareness and resources regarding unwanted sexual advances in high schools- Distributed brochures and infographics to high schools by contacting school districts and altering information to provide local resources, resulting in implementation in over 100 high schools across 4 states
