+ Perform administrative duties for multiple small and medium businesses from Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Burlington, Toronto, and Richmond Hill.etc.+ Provide the level 1 and level 2 technical support/troubleshooting via remote/phone or on-site with any IT related issues (software/hardware), ensuring they can return to their jobs as soon as possible. Dealing with many different hardware and software issues. (Such as printer issues, outlook, word excel problems, dissembling laptop/PC and upgrading hardware parts, hard drive cloning …)+ Work with Active Directory to set up Groups\ Users and control Users\Groups ‘s permissions.+ Work with Microsoft Exchange 365 and Google Admin to create and monitor email activities. Such as: creating/deleting emails, blocking spam, whitelisting specifics emails, monitoring email activities and troubleshoot email problems.+ Use VPN on routers to secure the network and establish a secure VPN connection for specific Users.+ Document issues through ticketing systems and work with team members.+ Manage multiple projects with team such as server migration, security system configuration, spam email campaigns, Etc.
