Hi, I’m Alex Nikitin, the founder and CEO of SmVend 👋In 2018, I was successfully managing an extensive network of 170 laundry outlets. Despite the success, the challenge of efficient management became apparent as the business grew. The available telemetry solutions in the market fell short of my requirements. In response, I developed my own telemetry controller, a unique solution that not only resolved my challenges but also offered features that were missing in the market. This innovation garnered significant interest from colleagues and the industry, leading to the decision to launch an entirely new product.Recognizing the need for a dedicated focus, I made the strategic move to exit the laundry business and redirected my efforts toward telemetry and payment solutions for the vending industry.That's how SmVend was born.Today, SmVend stands as a reputable company, delivering comprehensive telemetry and payment solutions for a diverse range of vending machines. We’re proud to serve esteemed clients and partners across Europe and beyond, a testament to our growth and success since our establishment in 2021.We have accumulated extensive experience across various facets of the vending industry.
