Globally responsible for all projects and implementation of the development and execution of talent operations, strategy, process, programs and procedures. Including navigating specific country/region dynamics, including any M&A’s that impacted integration of talent processes and teams. Lastly, partnering with D&A team to build metrics/analytics and reporting processes.Reporting to Global Talent Management and Strategy Leader and partnering daily with HRBP’s, L&D, the data analytics team as well as key business stakeholders in over 40 BU’s in NoAm, EMEA, LatAm and APAC.

Key leader of developing the strategy and internal/external brand of the firms opportunities. Responsible for all reporting and data and analytics with specific responsibilities in the DE&I space.
