Sales Operations Manager
- Built and led the premier cross functional team to develop a customer onboarding program which generated ~$30m of new revenue in 2021. This team was responsible for crafting the contract based around their needs.
- Launched the Ecommerce Initiative, which coupled both digitally native brands and brands who had zero web-presence and providing an omni-channel marketplace to sell alcoholic beverages. This included launching software.
- Leading projects relating to launching infrastructure expansion and enhancements network-wide (14 locations), this includes but is not limited to warehouse planning, designing pick modules, purchasing and setting up.
- Developing inbound lead flow and qualification for an Inside Sales Role, this included funneling sales leads into different qualification channels and creating a ranking system for leads so the Sales Representatives.
- Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to identify potential new revenue streams Nationally and Internationally, this includes new product categories within the alcohol and non-alcohol space.
