• Built and led the premier cross functional team to develop a customer onboarding program which generated ~$30m of new revenue in 2021. This team was responsible for crafting the contract based around their needs, scoping of technological integrations and requirements, and drafting warehouse infrastructure expenditures within our network of 14 warehouses. Followed by seamless hand-off through Go-Live.• Launched the Ecommerce Initiative, which coupled both digitally native brands and brands who had zero web-presence and providing an omni-channel marketplace to sell alcoholic beverages. This included launching software internally that can couple compliance and tax rules with major Ecommerce platforms, Shopify+, Wix, Commerce7 and other leaders in the space.• Leading projects relating to launching infrastructure expansion and enhancements network-wide (14 locations), this includes but is not limited to warehouse planning, designing pick modules, purchasing and setting up additional rack space, creating quality assurance stations, purchasing of technology and hardware related to the picking and packing of wine, cold storage launched for products needing to be stored below 60°F, transferring existing clients onto new and improved OMS & WMS systems (Order Management/Warehouse Management Systems) • Developing inbound lead flow and qualification for an Inside Sales Role, this included funneling sales leads into different qualification channels and creating a ranking system for leads so the Sales Representatives could better identify opportunities. Creating automated forms with built in logic to capture visitor’s information on Wineshipping.com who may be interested in the services.• Working directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to identify potential new revenue streams Nationally and Internationally, this includes new product categories within the alcohol and non-alcohol space.

March, 2020 Vingo and Wineshipping Merged• Manage 60+ accounts, this included quarterly client meet and greets to discuss pain-points as well as expansion opportunities within the network and making sure all services are being provided within the appropriate SLA’s $19m in revenue.• Assisting the sales team with potential prospects by crafting contracts, proposals, facilitating and documenting meetings.• Providing training to sites across the network that did not have account management previously and training on new OMS/WMS management (Order Management/Warehouse Management Systems).• Documenting and presenting customer feedback and transforming the data into internal improvements• Verifying the integrity of alcohol licenses and compliance with state shipping laws.• Assisting HR to launch new programs such as birthday celebrations and inter-departmental team building exercises• Creating MBR’s for accounts and helping them identify opportunities in the compliance space to increase their volume nationwide
