14+ years of global principal investing and advisory experience, split between San Francisco and NYC. Currently, I lead Strategy at Validation Cloud, a blockchain infrastructure company; as well as Investments at Validation Capital.Prior to Validation, I spent 7 years at Touchdown Ventures (TDV), where I was responsible for the firm's enterprise software strategy, leading a team of investors to identify, fund, and support disruptive companies (portfolio individually listed below).Before TDV, I helped Estee Lauder Companies transform its corporate development strategy, focusing on nimble, founder-led brands (select deals: Le Labo, Frederic Malle, Dr. Jart+). I also spent time at Virgin Management, Richard Branson's family office, as part of the US investments team. While there, I supported Virgin Pulse, Virgin Mega (Acquired by Nike), and Virgin Hotels; and evaluated direct-VC investments.I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where I also played 4-years of NCAA Division I baseball. I also hold an MBA from Columbia Business School.
