- Receive the booking request from client- Make the Shipping Orders internally- Make booking with the carrier via web site and confirm by email to client- Handle local coordination of equipment positioning- Submit Shipping Instructions to the carrier trough its website- Request delivery documents to the carrier, providing with needed info- Local coordination with LCL/LCL-FCL/FCL and providers with local trucking companies when the cargo is LCL/LC-FCL/FCL, and document handling as required in the LCL/LCL-FCL/FCL process- Receive original documents from client, via email and hard copy- Manifest cargo internally, when it’s required- Send cargo pre-alerts via e-mail, shipment confirmation and shipment registration at system.- Issue and release HBLS to client- Document management: revise, organize and send documentation to brokers and/or clients by e-mail or by courier.- Complete follow-up with suppliers, customers (internal and external).- Coordinate shipment EXW and pick up cargo- Send schedule of vessel to client- Negotiate with supplier- Registration Agent with DMM (Departamento do Fundo de Marinha Mercante)- Desconsolidation by Customs System (Sistema Mercante)- Coordinate import shipment with agents and customers- Follow-up about the loading operation of project cargo for customers- Issue of survey report- Support to operating staff
