* Prepare, maintain and management of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.* Prepare Proposal and Quotation to Customers/Clients.* Assists in quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administration and tender exercise.* Responsible for preparation and timely submission of monthly progress claims and variation orders.* Project Administration and Documentation include preparation of interim evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, and update claim submissions.* Preparation, verification and upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.

•Assists Project Manager in carrying out project processes, coordination, development, implementation and maintenance of schedule, cost control of the project, and promise delivery of service to the success of the project.•Monitors and Controls the project, within approved timeline and cost.•Ensures that project being implemented is in accordance with the approved plans, specification and standard.•Monitors and Checks local subcontractor resources and performance.•Verifies and Evaluates contractor's work progress and billing request.•Prepares all necessary documentation for the acceptance, handover and invoicing.•Facilitates testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical system of the building before turnover to property management.

•Assists the Project Engineer in the timely accomplishment of all activities listed in the project checklist such as but not limited to quarrying, accreditation of contractors / designers /consultants / suppliers, survey works, planning and evaluation of designs, securing of government approvals, recruitment of maintenance crew and maintenance of activities.•Inspects projects regularly; reports on status and problems affecting progress of work in the field, prepares maps, progress pictures and other related activities to ensure that all are within the scheduled timetable.•Suggests realistic cost and time reduction schemes and implementing same by analyzing and evaluating prepared architectural and engineering plans and designs, procedural aspects and recommending revisions to attain a more economical and structurally sound design. •Helps in the preparation of detailed control estimates; submits regularly to Project Engineer, work progress and percentage accomplishment report of contracted projects based on his field inspection.
