I started the initiative to improve work instructions in the SIA engine plant. I developed a new format for work instructions to be written and displayed for floor associates.

Responsible for collecting data used to determine which natural gas pipelines needed to be replaced due to adverse effects of corrosion.

Led a small-group session to assist PHYS 114 students in learning the class material. I was responsible for creating lessons plans for two weekly sessions and holding office hours each week. I worked with professors to develop teaching methods and to pinpoint subject matter that was most difficult to master.
