Zen Educate's mission is to change the world of education recruitment. Schools spend over £2bn a year on agency staff, with over £600m per year of that spent on fees that go straight to the recruitment agencies. So far, we've saved UK schools over £3m in supply teaching recruitment costs, and that number grows every day, meaning the funding can be put back into education within the schools. Using our online platform, schools have access to hundreds of profiles of fully vetted teachers and support staff, who they can book at a click of a button. Think Uber for teachers.

Mathnasium is a global maths-only Learning Centre and Tutoring Franchise offering face toface, online or in-centre learning for children aged 5 to 16. Clapham is the flagship centre inthe UK and is the largest centre by enrolments, with ~250 students during my time.The Centre Director role oversees all aspects of the business - learning programmes, staff recruitment, training, and customer success management. In particular, the Centre Director facilitates all sales operations in ensuring the growth of the business through new enrolments. Clapham saw a 30% growth in enrolments during my time, far exceeding revenue targets. In 2022, Clapham was the top international centre by revenue out of ~500 centres worldwide.

2020: VCE Maths Methods (1/2), VCE General Maths (1/2), and combined 8-10 Maths (accelerated). 2019: Year 7 Maths, combined 8-10 Maths (accelerated), and VCAL Numeracy (Intermediate).

Associates of the Teach For Australia (TFA) Leadership Development Programme are selected from a large pool of applications to work in typically hard to staff schools across Australia. TFA is targeted at reducing the gap in Australia's educational achievement. Associates participate in a rigorous 6-week initial intensive and several other intensives throughout their training. At the same time as working a 0.8 load in their placement school, they are expected to complete their masters of teaching in partnership with the Australian Catholic University. TFA associates have access to several levels of mentorship and so are constantly reflecting on their teaching.

I coached at BGS for 5 seasons, teaching boys between the ages of 13 to 18 in eights, fours, quads and skulls. The Senior 3rd VIII was my most recent crew, achieving 2nd place at Head of the River.

Events included weddings, Christmas parties and boardroom lunches, among a long list of other occasions.
