- Rio de Janeiro City Hall: GICOF Project - Integrated Budgetary and Financial Accounting Management (February/ 2019 - current): ERP system development and implementation project in public management covering the modules: Budget Planning, Income and Expense Execution, Treasury, Accounting, Materials Management, Purchase Process. - Requirements gathering; elaboration of BPM flows; business and technical specifications; database modeling; architecture design for complex module developments (accounting engine, workflow). - Integrated work with a multidisciplinary and decentralized team: customers, managers, developers, architects, DBA, testers, quality control.

• PARANAPREVIDÊNCIA (April/2014 - current): Management of multidisciplinary team (architects and Java developers, DBA, system and business analyst, testers, support specialists, specialized consultants). • Development of the Project Charter, identification and management of the stakeholders; development and maintenance of the Project Management Plan; identification of requirements (contractual and later by interviews); creation, detailing and management of the Work Breakdown Structure; identification, sequencencing, estimation and management of project activities; development, execution and controlling of the Communications Plan; identification and monitoring of project risks; development of technical plans as Database Migration (legacy systems), Integration (with other residential systems) and Training.• Development and presentation of Project Status Reports: monthly with all services and detailed delivery achieved and weekly as Power Points presentations on formal meetings to the client project management group.• Constantly negotiation of deadlines, priorities and scope of a strategic project backlog. • Requirements collecting, development of technical proposals, homologations and trainings. • Parallel to the above activities: commercial presentations of the company's products to potential customers.

Rio de Janeiro Project (Oct / 2017 - jun / 2018): Software Factory Manager in the implementation of the Integrated Control, External Contracts, Budget and Financial Management - GICOF Project at Rio de Janeiro City Hall; preparation of evolution status reports; planning of the composition and hiring of multidisciplinary factory team; application of agile methodology in the development environment.

• Feb / 2001 - jun / 2002: development and implementation of various IT projects with involvement in all phases of the lifecycle: requirements collecting and specification, negotiation of deadlines and schedules, definition of scopes, impact assessment, project plans, implementation follow-up, decision making for realignments or renegotiations of deadlines / scopes, training and deployments.

• Jun / 1999 - jan / 2001: development of a project to convert an ERP system from DataFlex technology to Delphi / Sybase.
