Vroom is one of the biggest 2ndhand car websites from Belgium with more than 17 mil visitors per year. My first responsibility was to migrate the platform to a more robust and future proof architecture. In a period of 6 months we have migrated the project and achieved the following results:- No loss in traffic, a slight increase due to the additional SEO implementations- Reduced the daily hosting cost of € 265 down to € 65 and increased performance & load time- Customer satisfaction score of 7.8/10 after hosting the new website for more than 3 monthsThe next challenges lies into bringing VROOM ahead of its competition by identifiying the pain points of our users and enabling them to find/buy/sell the vehicles in a smooth and convenient way as well as giving the car dealers the opportunity to use VROOM as platform to get more leads and insights about their customers. -

The platform is engineered to be a SaaS platform for the international mobility market and allows any transportation provider to be integrated.
