We acquired Vroom in July 2020 from Mediahuis. Vroom is one of the biggest 2ndhand car websites from Belgium with more than 17 mil visitors per year. My first responsibility was to migrate the platform to a more robust and future proof architecture. In a period of 6 months we have migrated the project and achieved the following results:- No loss in traffic, a slight increase due to the additional SEO implementations- Reduced the daily hosting cost of € 265 down to € 65 and increased performance & load time- Customer satisfaction score of 7.8/10 after hosting the new website for more than 3 monthsThe next challenges lies into bringing VROOM ahead of its competition by identifiying the pain points of our users and enabling them to find/buy/sell the vehicles in a smooth and convenient way as well as giving the car dealers the opportunity to use VROOM as platform to get more leads and insights about their customers.

Moveasy is a MaaS platform that consolidates all the mobility needs in a single app. Moveasy brings together all the main mobility operators to offer customers a real and sustainable alternative to the car.Users can have an alocated business wallet or a private wallet with a budget for purchasing mobility transportation.In case of exceptional situations Moveasy also offers you to expense certain purchases which are related to your commute.My role in this project was to design the technical landscape and architecture to make Mobility platform that can host Moveasy and white label solutions as well. The platform is engineered to be a SaaS platform for the international mobility market and allows any transportation provider to be integrated.

Born out of an actual problem that I was having, Stikket is a self founded startup that is giving a new meaning to campaigns and automation driven by IoT.Completely created this company from scratch, fulfilling every role (as typical startups do) on making sure this project is a success.Stikket was the first company that provided automation for QR codes, which is now a daily habit thanks to the pandemic.Stikket was canceled due to prioritisation in shift of focus.
