Management of booking and operation for transport at high profile sporting teams and events (England Rugby, British & Irish Lions, Team GB). A brief overview of some of my accomplishments within this role are below:- Co-ordination of transport services for high profile events including Guinness 6 Nations, Rugby World Cup 2019 (Japan), Lions Tour 2017 (New Zealand), 2018 Winter Olympics (PyeongChang) and 2018 ICC Cricket World Cup (England).- Creation of accurate travel documentation for professional sports teams and supporter travel packages.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international and domestic transport suppliers.- Procurement and delivery of multiple transport services daily across the transport network.- Creating staffing plans for event delivery in Japan and New Zealand.- Managing training sessions for new starters.- Took a senior role in the development and integration of the website and client booking management system.- Daily monitoring of road and weather conditions to plan ahead of any travel disruptions including the lead on crisis management during a Typhoon and a number of earthquakes.
