This resulted in a 99% error reduction from 110,000 to 800 monthly.- Developed migration files for the production database using SQL and PostgreSQL to update restaurant review questionnaires, experience drivers, and service styles, improving data modeling and performance.- Setup a version control system for our localization files allowing for better management as well as scalability of our internationalization features (AWS S3 to Git) adding a layer of validation using Husky. - Built an analytics dashboard for restaurant owners where they were able to filter on various metrics and gain key insights into their business using React and TypeScript.- Introduced the AAA pattern for end-to-end testing using Cypress for the main web client allowing us to automate the testing process for the top 20 most critical user flows.- Introduced React Lazy Loading enabling dynamic component loading. This led to a reduction in page load times, as well as reducing errors, improving user experience.- Added CSV downloading for key data sets to allow restaurant owners and managers to run detailed analyses on restaurant performance metrics such as NPS, review, and food and drink scores. - Led technical meetings, including requirement gathering and refinement, making sure the team stays on topic, avoiding scope creep and technically leading the conversation depending on the topic.
