Compensation Operations
CurrentIn my current role, I work on building and improving scalable compensation operation processes. I support a large compensation team across different business units, and a significant global employee population. I contribute to defining and developing a newly formed compensation operations function, and collaborate with stakeholders to set objective, establish guidelines, and create or streamline processes. In my day to day, I leverage my expertise in Google Sheets, formulas, and Workday (HRIS/HCM) to create tools and handle various compensation-related tasks. I also manage our survey participation (Radford, Mercer, WTW).In response to specific business needs, I take on project management roles, overseeing and coordinating various initiatives to handle large, complex tasks (ex: compensation cycles, job classification changes, etc).
