• Realizar auditorias nos processos de bordo, propor melhorias e acompanhar suas implementações;• Atuar como líder e implementador da cultura da EMPRESA a bordo, disseminando os valores e dos princípios;• Realizar auditorias frequentes nos processos das contratadas, propondo melhorias;• Realizar a gestão dos contratos a bordo, atuando como fiscal e avaliador das medições dos serviços;• Participar ativamente das investigações de eventos a bordo, sejam relacionados a equipamentos ou a pessoas;• Desafiar o modus operandi tradicional da indústria, promovendo a inovação e a saída da zona de conforto;• Acompanhar as manutenções de grande porte;• Auditar a execução das ordens de serviço de manutenção bem como prover os recursos externos;• Diligenciar junto as contratadas a execução de reparos de equipamentos desembarcados;• Verificar desempenho dos times de bordo, em especial dos líderes e supervisores;• Identificar e propor melhorias nos planos de manutenção em conjunto com equipes de bordo e Engenharia;• Garantir atendimento aos índices de performance de manutenção e integridade;• Acompanhar a gestão dos custos de manutenção em comparação ao orçamento previsto;• Diligenciar a preservação de equipamentos sobressalentes em estoque de baixa rotatividade e garantir o estoque mínimo de sobressalentes críticos da sonda;• Contribuir para o uptime das sondas através do planejamento, monitoramento da execução das manutenções de equipamentos e sistemas críticos;• Diligenciar a gestão técnica de contratos de serviços offshore relacionados a grandes manutenções; • Participar ativamente das análises de falha de equipamentos críticos de segurança e negócio;• Aplicar sistemática de acompanhamento das atividades de manutenção e reuniões específicas com a unidade garantindo o planejamento e acompanhamento da manutenção;• Diligenciar a execução de projetos de upgrade de ativos durante o seu ciclo de vida em conjunto e apoio com o Engenheiro de Operações.

2011 Lupatech Petroleum Equipment and Services LTDA Professional Framework: Operations Engineer 2011/2012: Installing the first water flow monitoring system with optical fibber sensors using Bragg technologies in two injection multizone wells (8 Sensors P&T, 4 packer LHP and 4 injection valves in each well – Guando Field in Colombia). Target achieved successfully on July 16th 2011. Installing entire completion columns in six injection wells in Talara-Peru (from the christmas tree to the injection column end). Equipment: Duo Injection tubes "Internal coating with fiberglass“; Reduction Nipples; Water Injection Mandrel and Flow Regulation Valves; Latch BK-2FT; Type B Tandem Packers and AD-1; Check Valve; Christmas Tree; Injection Head; etc. In charge of management/coordinate national and international projects until their execution and disclosure of the final report.
