Formed in 2019 through the merger of Sivantos and Widex, WS Audiology combines over 140 years of experience in pioneering better solutions to help people with hearing loss. While Sivantos’ roots extend back to the 19th century, Widex came into existence in 1956. Both, Widex and Sivantos, began with dedicated, creative and savvy founders who had a vision to help the hard of hearing stay connected to the world of sound.Responsibilities: • Initiated high volume of outbound calls to both customer base and non-buyers, identified and generated new business leads in coordination with field sales partner, and promoted, signed and monitored accounts to customer loyalty programs and campaigns.• Monitored and contacted declining accounts to determine reason for decline and propose corrective actions, exhibiting superior customer experience, loyalty, and confidence.• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of all Signia / Rexton products, sales programs, services, and processes.Accomplishments/Awards:• Winner of ISR “Top Sales Rep to Quota” award in FY 2018 (118.7% to quota)• President's Club Winner in FY 2016, 2018 and 2019 (quota achievement over 100%)
