• Organized Victory operations for 12 counties in North Carolina, centered around the city of Fayetteville, for the North Carolina Republican Party. • Formed and directed grassroots teams to engage in voter contact and voter registration efforts. • Lead training sessions for activists in the area, focused on incorporating new techniques and strategies formulated by the RNC for 2016. • Crafted a targeted ground game strategy for the Fayetteville mayoral race, successfully helping the incumbent Republican increase his margin of victory in a Majority-Democratic city.

• Assisted 3 State House primary campaigns in North Central Alabama - then one State House and one State Senate general election campaign in Southeastern Alabama - developing strategic ground games for campaigns based upon voter data and past election results.• Analyzed election returns from June 3, 2014 primary and refined a comprehensive ground strategy for the July 15, 2014 runoff in Alabama House District 12.• Organized door to door and phone banking operations regionally with over 10,000 voter contact attempts during the primaries and over 22,000 voter contact attempts during the general election; maintained up-to-date database of voter identifications and created walk books and call lists daily for regions.• Created election projection model for Senate District 29 and House District 89 in anticipation of Election Day to provide instant analysis of returns.• Won the most competitive House race in Alabama by 84 votes.

Worked as the eastern Washington field rep for the CRNC. Responsibilities included on-campus recruitment of new CR members, coordinating plans with chapter leadership at campuses in my region, and getting CRs into victory centers and campaign offices. Campaigns worked with included the Rob McKenna gubernatorial campaign, Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers' re-election effort, Michael Baumgartner's US campaign, and many others. Over the course of the fall I was responsible for the recruitment of nearly 400 new CR members, the creation of 2 new CR chapters at Eastern Washington and Whitworth, and for over 1300 volunteer hours with campaigns.

As a legislative aide, my duties included the following:- Organizing a legislative office- Writing press releases, letters of congratulation and commendation, and written communications with other governmental offices.- Constituent relations: responding to constituent's concerns and facilitating communication between constituents and relevant governmental agencies.- Scheduling and participating in meetings with constituents, lobbyists and other interested parties, and members of the media.- Research of legislative matters and inquiries from constituents.

Organizing and managing campaign efforts in Butler County, Ohio for Sen. Jon Husted's campaign for Ohio Secretary of State

As Chairman of College Republicans at Miami, I led one of the largest College Republican chapters in the nation with over 100 dues paying members and nearly 1,500 members registered. Overseeing the 10-member executive board, my position required strong facilitation and delegation skills in coordinating the actions of my fellow board members. The day-to-day activities of my position also included building and maintaining strong relationships between the organization and Republican officials throughout Butler County and interactions with individual organization members.As Chair I oversaw the group's weekly meetings, bringing in candidates, elected officials, and party leaders to speak to the group. This list of speakers included state GOP Chairman Kevin DeWine and then-candidates for Secretary of State and State Treasurer Jon Husted and Josh Mandel, among many others. I was also responsible for the planning of our two largest events of the year. One was our annual trip to the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), where dozens of members traveled to Washington D.C. for the three day conference. The other was our Conservative Week in April, headlined by a lecture from nationally renowned political commentator Bill Kristol.

Through the Miami College Republicans I worked phone banks and went door-to-door in support of the McCain-Palin campaign, making thousands of voter contacts in this time. I was also selected to represent the Miami CRs in a number of debates on-campus in dormitory halls to make the case for Sen. McCain.
