I have contributed to improving the quality, functionality, and usability of Google's CRM applications and platforms, using my skills and certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).I graduated from Duquesne University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. I have a diverse and creative background, having worked in media production, customer service, and retail before transitioning to the tech industry. I am passionate about traveling and learning new cultures, and I have studied abroad in college.
