As the Director of Immersive Technology, I worked with clients, vendors, studios, software and hardware providers to create business solutions in the XR field (Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality). I helped Miller Creative get started with many technologies like Virtual Production and Web3d and improved many of their existing skillsets and pipelines including Virtual Reality and 360 Video.United Airlines was our most active client and I created dozens of training experiences with virtual reality, virtual tours, proof of concepts, web3d, e-learning courses, and augmented reality. I brought in VMware as a client to the company and set up the first Virtual Production pipeline for Miller Creative for that shoot. I created custom, photo-real environments, brought those into Unreal, and composited the actors so the director and DP would be able to light and see the talent in the environment in real-time. I did this all remotely, from Los Angeles, even though the shoot was in Chicago! I found vendors and studios to keep up with our projects and worked with the clients directly to ensure project success. On the distribution side, I tested every MDM and developed the best solution for pushing out our training experiences to over 300 headsets worldwide.From ideation and production to implementation and distribution, I worked with artists and clients to create content that drove innovation in training. I looked at what technology was on the horizon and what has already proven itself and determined how to best execute the project. Miller Creative provided end-to-end business solutions utilizing the latest XR technology – virtual reality augmented reality and mixed reality.

Develops all forms of media including documentaries, narrative films, branded content and music videos. Since 2014, Alex Pearce Productions has focused on VR content creation and has several projects in the post production process.A.P.P. also provides VR consulting to companies and brands to help them understand the current possibilities and limitations for Virtual Reality in their businesses. Clients include The Ad Council, Pabst Blue Ribbon, CSpence Group and View Inc.Currently screening the VR documentary "The Rose City" shot completely in Petra, Jordan as part of the Kaleidoscope Virtual Reality Film Festival.
