I started the Washington-based consumer advocacy firm CBSaver to help our clients obtain stable, lower cable rates. After developing our IT infrastructure and finalizing the business plan with my partner, I managed our day-to-day operations. My most memorable experiences include meetings with our office and call-center teams, and working with our publicist on obtaining strategic partnerships with local government agencies. My greatest post-launch contribution was implementing forecasting analytics that ensured our growth strategies exceeded ROI targets. This provided us with a framework that expanded our customer base while paving the way for our expansion into the consulting industry.
