-Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product-Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products-Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws-Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory-Complete transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC, BioTrack, etc.) accurately updates the amount of product available

-Receive, count, and document inventory deliveries from various cultivators.-Maintain clean and organized processing room while preparing and packaging orders for MedMen adult use and medical customers.-Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and in compliance with all safety and security policies.

-Contract position responsible for scheduling loads and addressing carrier and DC change appeals via Walmart Retail Link system in conjunction with PepsiCo Customer Supply Chain(CSC) teams.-Document and respond to Walmart and Sam’s Club requests for corrective actions to shipment issues that are against their standards.-Pull, create, and file multiple reports for Tableau Dashboards and for CSC pertinent review via online databases and SAP navigation.

- Corresponded with Fed Ex Premier to not only provide pullback and reroute requests of customers tracking, but to document and resolve complaints of deliveries.- Executed daily list of calls and/or emails to customers to notify them of out-of-stock or discontinued items and aid in alternative solutions or options.- Worked with warehouse teams to address and resolve consistent item issues, make sure our special walkthrough requests for orders were done, and that important overnight orders were picked up and had tracking numbers assigned to them.

-Receive and enter order information into ERP system for each international market - which includes Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the UAE.-Process purchase orders to distributor, supplier, or corporate warehouse and manage either full-container load or less-than-container load from booking request for necessary container type or weight and dimension information to appointment verification for pick-up at supply chain touchpoint.-Obtain pick-up location information and loading plans to produce and submit original shipping paperwork to the proper channels (3PL, accounting, international contacts) for both ocean and air moves.-Manage, organize, and archive all documentation.-Communicate with appropriate government entities and suppliers directly to receive required custom clearance documentation for shipment reconciliation in a timely manner.-Evaluate and engage in new market entry requirements and gain quote information for planning and comparison purposes.-Report and rectify warehousing, transportation, and delivery issues both with international distributor domestically and those parties working on our behalf in markets we operate in.-Prepare necessary reports for the supply chain department including baseline analysis of spend, unit cost analysis of international distributor, cargo analysis of ocean and air movements for insurance policy review, and an inventory movement report to alleviate at-risk inventory being sent on-the-water.

-Monitor PO delivery schedule throughout the day, along with future receiving appointments in SmartDock, and update purchase order receiving date information. -Review a number of inventory exception and logistics reports to proactively manage and resolve replenishment issues including:Service Level ReportPrior Day’s Receiving ReportStock Out ReportPast Due ReportOrders without appointmentsWaitlist -Determine whether to expedite, transfer, or order through wholesale items and full orders based on issues discovered by reviewing the above exception reports, with the goal of recovering on any issues before the division is out of stock. -Work with vendors, logistics and carriers, buyers, cost analysts, and division contacts to identify and resolve issues relative to delays and expedition costs. -Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve and recover from replenishment issues such as vendor shorts, out of stocks, and transportation delays or rescheduling-Elevate vendor inbound service issues to Category Management and/or Vendor Management Department and assists them in holding vendors accountable for on time, in full deliveries.

-Process thousands of titles for sourcing availability and accurate pricing via research tools and database access in combination with communicating with vendors and school partners.-Use Microsoft Access and Excel to analyze sell-through and pull information to make solid inventory decisions and provide information to clients and team members.-Activate ordering needs as well as vital inventory uniquenesses that need to be addressed and reconciled.-Pull and study daily backorders and responsible for creation of division’s backorder report utilized by multiple departments and teams.

-Manage associates including scheduling, evaluating, training, performance management, and delegation of work assignments to ensure that department meets / exceeds company standards.-Present business case to appropriate campus personnel to secure course materials buying decisions and responds to campus course materials needs. -Resolve customer concerns. Ensures processes are in place to resolve complex or escalated issues. Reaches out to publishers, faculty and Follett partners to ensure customers are provided with full range of products and services. -Interact and influences constituents through daily interactions, outreach efforts, and group presentations on course materials opportunities and other product offerings.-Analyze sales, enrollments, and trends to tabulate quantity-to-over on all adopted titles in combination with overseeing all invoicing, receiving, and shipment documentation required.
