As my headline states I am a driven individual. I take pride in never giving up and working as hard as I can in order to get where I want to be. The work ethic I possess is my greatest asset and I use it to its full extent. I have proven this in various situations throughout my life so far. In high school, I was slightly below the GPA required to get into the National Honor Society. I recognized this as a despicable performance and I began to turn that around. I worked on it for my entire sophomore year and when it came time for the selection, I was honored to be accepted into NHS. That same year I started at my first job at Sears Hardware. I was determined to exceed expectations and worked from the moment I punched in until the moment I punched out. My co-workers noticed this and were relieved when they saw me come in because they knew they had reliable help. When I decided to leave Sears for Indiana Beverage, I was offered a pay raise to stay. I found that I can learn a job very quick, and once I do, I will do it as well as possible. My work ethic is my greatest asset and I know I will continue to use it to its full extent throughout the rest of my life.
