In this role I manage small to medium sized resource development projects. This involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, consistently achieving client satisfaction and project goals.A strength in this role is my ability to foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, contributing to successful project teams.

In this role I:- provide digital and educational leadership across various projects, including workplace training, community, tertiary and school learning resource development- carry out educational and structural quality assurance, ensuring learning materials meet best-practice standards- design and write learning materials.

Working face­-to­-face in Loop member schools.Providing professional learning tailored according to the needs of individual schools, including whole­staff sessions and work with individual staff members or small groups of staff. Planning and facilitating the roll out of BYOD, e-Learning platform use and various other eLearning initiatives across Loop schools. Key responsibilities● liaise regularly with designated primary and secondary schools● work collaboratively with Loop schools to plan and execute successful initiatives in relation to eLearning● assess and monitor school professional learning needs over time● run in­school professional development for a range of audiences on topics requested● liaise with other contractors; pool expertise; add to the Loop’s resource bank● share planning for, and actively contribute to, success of collaborative community of teachers● actively contribute to the success of a range of Loop events.

E-Learning Consultant , ConsultingAlex Perry brought the voice of teachers and students and her experience of implementing The New Zealand Curriculum to the development of Learning Media's digital projects. She also worked with colleagues to develop their understanding of eLearning in New Zealand schools, and in their own practice.

1. To enhance the professional learning of teaching staff using Digital Technologies for teaching and learning at Wellington East Girls’ College. 2. To develop protocols and enhanced possibilities for student and teacher engagement with a LMS.
