Accepting the challenge of leading a team at AmBev, the world’s largest brewery, was one of the most significant decisions of my life. I consider it my second college.From 2012 to 2014, we elevated the factory from 40th position in LATAM to the TOP 3. We built a team that set several production records, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.AmBev taught me that both 'Dream Big' and 'Dream Small' require the same level of effort.
