Scope of work: to deliver MMM analysis to nine local markets to be used for global media strategy and budget planning Manage the project across all key stages:- Data collection of key inputs from the global client, each of the nine local markets, and media agency partners, including deep dives into platform and funnel level - Presenting kick-off calls explaining methodology, deliverables, and key roles and responsibilities - Running status calls to ensure timelines are met to ensure analysis is delivered at key points throughout the year to coincide with client budget planning cycle- Interpreting results and turning them into actionable insights - Presenting results to clients and key stakeholders in a simple and clear manner to those with no MMM experience - Stakeholder management - ensure key challenges are communicated clearly to all stakeholders in a timely manner - Budget planning - use MMM results to plan full FY budgets across brands and channels to meet client targets

- Measuring media campaign effectiveness by collating and analysing a range of data sources and using bespoke measurement frameworks to provide valuable insights and steer media strategy.- Econometric projects from data collection and processing, through to modelling and presenting back to clients. - Working across a range of multi-million-pound portfolios including Mars, TUI, Bayer, IKEA, and Coca Cola.

- Research in the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on BBC in the Netherlands, which was used to develop marketing strategies- Data and sales analysis using R and Salesforce
