WHO are we?The genesis of LandStudio360 began in mid-2008, as Senior Principals David Ling and Alex Polen, having close to 45 years of combined professional experience, from several world-renowned landscape architectural firms; sowed the seed of starting a landscape architectural, land planning and urban design firm. LandStudio360 has large firm experience and boutique-style design and creativity, high level of clientele service, and technical savviness that deliver projects on time and on budget. Our passion for solving our clients’ problems creatively and aesthetically through sound planning and sustainable principles, along with cutting-edge designs and impeccable client focus has earned a very strong reputation in our development profession. WHAT we do?LandStudio360 will serve all aspects of developments' holistic spectrum, as “360” implies, with primary focus on “LIVE, WORK, SHOP & PLAY” project types. All four of these lifestyles overlap in some manner as they constitute the core of our overall livelihood and well-being. By enhancing our natural and built environment, we create meaningful and memorable spaces that are visually stunning and expressive of different concepts and ideology that can enrich emotionally, philosophically or can just simply be artistic and playful.HOW we design?Our design philosophy is dynamic and organic in nature, yet it paradoxically adheres to a structured process. Without preconceived notions, we listen and learn from our clients; their brand, goals, and project context and constraints. Once we are able to articulate and understand those facets, only then can we begin the design process; continually asking ourselves, “why would the end-users Live, Shop, Work and/or Play here?” By exploring multiple angles, we at LandStudio360 continue to challenge convention and arrive at design solutions that will transcend our clients’ brand essence into a unique, compelling and memorable experience.
