I am a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor, having gained membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 2015. I am also a RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.I am involved in a wide variety of rural property work including Estate Management, Landlord & Tenant Matters, Valuations and Agency Work. I work on behalf of a range of different types of clients including Private Individuals, Institutions, Charities and Local Authorities.My work is mostly focused in the South East, with a particular focus on Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.I grew up in the Home Counties and enjoy the particular mix of Rural Surveying work in this area, combining the management of traditional farms and bare land with diversification and development work which provides a number of opportunities to add value for clients.
