-Led my team to receive 1st Place at CSU's 2015 Annual Engineering Days Senior Design Showcase.-Managed a group of seniors to develop alternatives for a section of road required to be relocated in response to a proposed reservoir as part of the second phase of the Southern Delivery System in Colorado Springs.-Maintained effective communication between design team, Faculty Advisors, and the Client to ensure that deadlines were met, changes were communicated, and all key players were well informed during the course of the project.

Conducted traffic counts and speed studies using road tubes, traffic cameras, and radar devices. Utilized ArcMaps to update city database with current Average Daily Traffic Counts. Created accident reports and signal timing reports to assist with capital development projects. Interpreted police reports and entered accident data into City's database system.

Assessed the asphalt conditions of Larimer County roads to help with the reconstruction effort following the massive flooding in 2013.Identified various distress types within the paved and non-paved roads within the county limits.Worked with PAVER to produce a Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for each section of road evaluated.
