Managing an Auckland focussed team of 23 consultants covering IT, Telco, Construction, Property, Engineering, Facilities Management, Trades & Labour & Energy. All aspects of people management are involved: Recruiting & training new consultants, developing experienced consultants, monitoring & adjusting activity levels achieved, performance management, appraisals, resolving issues, running incentives, motivating the team etc.Overall strategic direction & management of the Hays Construction & Property brands nationally through 5 offices across New Zealand specifically responsible for: brand profile; fee & team growth; succession planning.Account management, overseeing a number of the larger clients with whom we have preferred agreements (including the bid process).
