As the Coordinator of the Forests Program, I lead a business unit dedicated to developing and implementing forestry and nature-based projects, forest certification, forest investment due diligence, and business planning for forest managers.In 3 years, I oversaw and supported the successful completion of 50+ consultancy and grant projects at national and international levels, led the expansion of the business unit team from 3 to 12 members, increased significantly business unit revenue as well as improved operational efficiency and work quality. I also exercised high-quality project management for strategic and complex projects and contributed to several EU-funded R&I projects. Since 2024 I have been serving as employee representative in the company's Board of Directors.
