As a results-driven and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing, I oversee our various business development projects & processes at RocketBarn Marketing to drive revenue growth and market presence. In my current role, I manage the development of multi-location digital marketing programs for franchise & multi-location businesses. Through industry research, client success management, data-analysis and network engagement, we're able to create programs that help align and improve local marketing for franchisees. I lead proposal development, client acquisition, client success strategies and campaign direction, to create profitable, scalable franchise programs. I perform client-facing, leadership, executive and research level tasks. Additionally, I aid in the hiring, training and development of our client-facing employees.Examples of the value I have provided thus far include:• I achieved a client increase of over 700%, within our largest franchise program, over a two-year period - doubling the program size within the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. • I successfully lead our pilot team in generating a 200% increase in franchise programs. • I maintained a client retention rate of 98.89%, while holding direct client success responsibilities. • I developed unique marketing campaigns/products that resulted in a 37.5% increase in client acquisition.

In my role at Hetek, I combined the roles and responsibilities of quality assurance & project management to support the completion of large surveying projects. I analyzed surveying performance. performed quality checks and supported in survey scheduling. I supported other auditors, across the country, in their training and development. I travelled across the province to perform physical quality checks to ensure the consistency of our surveyors runs.
